Many people believe they don’t need to get tested for STDs unless they are exhibiting symptoms, but that’s not the case. Every sexually active person should be testing regularly for STIs, even if they don’t notice any symptoms. These are best for people who know or suspect they have been exposed to a particular infection.

Continue STD lab testing within short intervals. Just because you’ve tested once does not mean that you shouldn’t test again.
