Gary A. Richwald, MD, MPH

Gary Richwald, MD, MPH is the myLAB Box Medical Director & CSO. He was previously Director and Chief Physician, Los Angeles County STD Program and a full time member of the UCLA faculty. Dr. Richwald currently teaches STD epidemiology at the USC Keck School of Medicine and is committed to increasing access to STD care throughout the world.

Natalie Tomaszewski, MPH

Natalie Tomaszewski, MPH is myLAB Box’s Epidemiologist and Biostatistician. She has been a researcher in cancer, HIV, and health education in the US and abroad. She serves as the myLAB Box project director for public-private partnerships to address disparities in STD rates.

Luis Ferdinand M. Papa, MD, MHA

Luis Ferdinand M. Papa, MD, MHA is a medical consultant to myLAB Box. With twelve years of extensive experience in Pathological, Diagnostic, Clinical, and Research administration services/operations/studies, Dr. Papa was previously employed at UCLA’s Research Division of Lab Medicine since 2006. Additionally, he oversees the Research Division’s service areas such as Pathology, Clinical Diagnostic, Serology, Molecular Diagnostic, Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) labs, and the campus-wide Biosecurity Program.

Walker Thornton

Walker Thornton is a writer, sex educator and public speaker, with a Masters in Educational Psychology and over10 years experience in the field of sexual violence against women. She is a strong advocate for mid-life women’s sexuality, encouraging women to “step into their desire.” Kinkly.com ranked her blog, WalkerThornton.com, #5 in their top 100 Sex Blogging Superheroes of 2014. Walker is the Sexual Health columnist for Midlife Boulevard and writes about sex and the older adult for Kinkly.com and Boomeon.
